The passportization project of the Janov primary and kindergarten school included comprehensive surveying of the building and preparation of as-built documentation, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. The goal was to create a clear and reliable basis for future facility management and development.

The project covered both interior and exterior surveying using modern technologies, followed by the creation of a simplified architectural model. In parallel, MEP systems (sewer, water, heating, electrical) were processed and coordinated within a shared central model.

The workflow included multiple review stages with the client, ensuring continuous validation and minimizing potential errors. The final output was a complete documentation set covering both architectural and technical parts.
